The gold version of OnePlus 3 is coming in July

The OnePlus 3 is an awesome phone, but the palette of colors it’s available in is not exactly dazzling. Right now, you can have it in any color as long as its Graphite. An option of Soft Gold was promised to come “soon after launch,” but now we know when to expect it, courtesy of Carl Pei.

The OnePlus boss clarified on Twitter that the OnePlus 3 in Soft Gold will become available “sometime in the latter part of July.” That’s not quite set in stone, but if you were waiting out for the golden model, at least you know how patient you will have to be.
