HTC Desire 300 official: specs, features, release date and pricing
In addition to the HTC Desire 601 mid-ranged handset, HTChas also unveiled a new entry-level Android smartphone, the HTCDesire 300.

Described as a “personal and powerful entry-level smartphone,” here’s what you can expect from the HTCDesire 300 when it comes to specs and features:

Release date and pricing
Just like the Desire 601, the Desire 300 will hit stores starting with October 2013, although it doesn’t have an actual launch date. Pricing details aren’t available for the handset at this time, although we expect it to be an affordable device, especially when purchased on-contract.
While HTCmentioned that the Desire 601 will launch in EMEA markets starting with October, it’s not yet clear whether the Desire 300 will be available in the same markets.

HTC Desire 601: A powerful value smartphone for everyone
The HTCDesire 601 comes complete with many of the features that have led the HTCOne to be crowned the best phone in the world. HTCBlinkFeed, HTCZoe with Video Highlights and HTCBoomSound make this the most advanced mid-range smartphone available on the market today.
The rear-facing 5MP camera captures HTCZoes, bringing images to life in three-second videos. The simple editing capabilities of HTCZoe support advanced features such as Sequence Shot, Always Smile and Object Removal, making it easy to achieve incredible results with minimal effort.

Boosting the bass for HTCOne
In the HTCOne, HTCredefined the smartphone sound experience with HTCBoomSound and has now raised the bar again with the introduction of a new accessory for the HTCOne family.
