Samsung Gear Fit 2 available for pre-order from Amazon, Best Buy and more
Samsung’s new Gear Fit 2 won’t actually be available for purchase until Friday, June 10, but you can pre-order the device starting today. The Gear Fit 2 is up for pre-order for $179.99 in Black, Blue and Pink color options from Amazon, Best Buy, Samsung and B&H Photo Video.
The Gear Fit 2 is the successor to 2014’s Gear Fit. It features a 1.5-inch curved Super AMOLED display, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of on-board storage, and runs on Samsung’s Tizen operating system. The Gear Fit 2 also features GPS connectivity, IP68 dust and water resistance and can act as a standalone music player.
While $180 isn’t exactly cheap, it still isn’t too bad for a water resistant fitness tracker with GPS capabilities.
