Sony Xperia X series launching soon in Canada
Sony has some new Xperia models on the market, all of which start with a brand new letter: X. Announced back at Mobile World Congress earlier this year, the original trio is coming soon to carriers in Canada, along with the more recently announced jumbo-sized phablet offering.
The Xperia X Performance will release on Bell and Rogers, with the former starting sales on June 23rd and the latter on July 14th. Those shoppers on Bell can select between either the Graphite Black or the White color options, however those using Rogers will only be provided with the Black option.
The Xperia XA will release on both Bell and Virgin Mobile on June 23rd, and WIND Mobile on July 14th. As with the X Performance, Bell (and Virgin) will sell both black and white variants of the phone, however WIND will only offer the black variant.
The Xperia X will release on both Videotron and WIND Mobile, with the former starting sales on June 29th and the latter on July 14th. The phone will be sold only in Graphite Black coloring.
The Xperia XA Ultra will be sold exclusively – for now – on WIND Mobile and will hit stores on July 14th.
Pricing information has yet to be made available however with some releases in just a few weeks, the carriers – of Sony itself – will presumably be forthcoming with additional details.
