Star Wars: Force Arena brings massive multiplayer battles to your phone
It’s almost December, and that means Star Wars fever is here. With the imminent release of a new Star Wars film comes a huge amount of promotional content, and a new app is looking to tide over those eagerly awaiting the release of Rogue One.
Star Wars: Force Arena throws players into massive galactic battles using their favorite characters. Each player can lead teams of over 60 characters from the Star Wars universe, including but not limited to Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Ezra Bridger, and more. Players must collect different characters through various methods in the game, and can forge the perfect squad to make their way to the top of the leader-board.
The game looks to be an interesting combination between an MMO and a “Command and Conquer”-like strategy game, so we’re eager to see exactly how it plays out. It has the full backing of both Disney and Lucasfilm, so we’re sure they will deliver quality content when the game finally launches.
There isn’t an official launch date that has been announced for the title, but we’re sure it will arrive before the release of the new Star Wars film. Those that want to know more about the game as soon as information is released can pre-register at the official website or on the Google Play Store. The who pre-register will receive a number of special rewards, which increase the more people sign up. The game will be available on both Android and iOS.
Are you excited for this title? We’re sure we will be covering it in detail once it is launched, so stay tuned to learn more in the coming weeks!
