Side-scrolling action title Vector 2 vaults onto Android
Do you enjoy sprinting through minefields and tumbling through unpredictable and deadly laser arrays? No? Well, you demonstrate a high degree of self-preservation. However, if you’d like to enjoy the no-stakes thrill of doing this digitally instead of in real life, then you’re in luck! Vector 2 has just hit the Play Store.
Vector 2 puts you into the black silhouetted sneakers of someone with far fewer survival instincts than you and way more parkour skills. You must hurtle through a procedurally generated gauntlet of traps and pitfalls, stylishly avoiding obstacles and snagging collectibles. The input consists of simple swiping gestures that command your haphazard protagonist to execute a variety of dodges, ducks, dips, dives, and dodges.
You’re going to die a lot. Like, a lot a lot. However, the game has a nifty upgrade system that allows you to make your vulnerable little body a bit more hardy. By mastering the game’s timing and leveling your character up, soon you’ll be getting into the full flow of Vector 2 and will become an unstoppable parkour machine.
Click the button below to grab this game from the Google Play Store. It’s free to play, but it comes with in-app purchases if you are impatient about grabbing those upgrades. Give it a whirl, then let us know what your experience was like in the comments!
