Amazfit's new long-lasting smartwatch trio arrives in India
- Huami has announced the Amazfit GTR 3, GTR 3 Pro, and GTS 3 in India.
- The three smartwatches bring long battery life, plenty of sport tracking modes, and clean designs to the table.
- Pricing starts at Rs 13,999 (~$186).
Three new Amazfit smartwatches made their global debut last week, bringing battery life in spades and plenty of workout modes. Now, the Amazfit GTR 3, GTR 3 Pro, and GTS 3 are available in India (h/t MySmartPrice).
The wearables target the mid-range smartwatch market, with the GTR 3 Pro landing as the flagship. However, all three share similar specs. The ability to track more than 150 workouts, blood oxygen, and heart rate is common. You’re also getting AMOLED displays on each, but that’s where you’ll start noticing a few differences.
Our verdict: Amazfit GTR 3 Pro review
Let’s start with the GTR 3 Pro. It brings a 1.45-inch circular screen, a 450mAh battery, onboard storage, and a microphone/speaker combo for Amazon Alexa and calling support.
The GTR 3 packs a slightly smaller body, a 1.39-inch display, and a 450mAh battery. Notably, this does mean its claimed battery life stretches from 12 days to 21 days. It, however, lacks the GTR 3 Pro’s storage and mic/speaker.
Finally, the GTS 3 brings a larger rectangular 1.75-inch display to the table but fits a smaller 250mAh battery. Nevertheless, that’s still enough power for a claimed 12 days of use.
Amazfit GTR 3 Pro, GT3, and GTS 3: Price and availability in India
The Amazfit GTR 3 Pro is the priciest option, starting at Rs 18,999 (~$253) on Amazon. The GTS 3 is also available on Amazon but comes in at Rs 13,999 (~$186).
Finally, the GTR 3 is available on Flipkart for Rs 13,999 (~$186), too. It’s available in two colors, namely Grey and Black.
