Amazon cuts ASUS ROG Tessen to $64.99, its lowest price ever

The ASUS ROG Tessen Mobile Gaming Controller just dropped to $64.99 on Amazon, down from its $129.99 RRP. That’s a straight $65 off and a 50% discount relative to the recommended retail price, which is a big cut on a premium gaming accessory. Better still, this is the lowest price ever, so it’s a strong time to grab it if it’s been on your list.

This controller is built for Android phones only and uses a wired USB-C connection, which is aimed at lower-latency play than wireless options. That makes it a good fit for shooters, cloud gaming, and other games where quick inputs matter. One of its biggest features is the foldable design, so it takes up less room in a bag when you’re not using it.

ASUS also packs in programmable rear paddles, mechanical-feeling buttons and D-pad, and RGB lighting for a more console-like setup on your phone. There’s pass-through fast charging too, so you can keep your phone powered while you play longer sessions. Extended ergonomic grips are part of the design as well, which should help during longer gaming time.

At its usual price, the ROG Tessen sits firmly in high-end accessory territory. At $64.99 on Amazon, it looks a lot more tempting for anyone who wants better controls on Android without paying full price.
