Best Buy LG G5 pre-orders kick off on March 18th
Despite its unveiling earlier in the year at the Mobile World Congress, we are still waiting for the LG G5 to go on sale, which is expected to begin next month. If you’re already sold on the G5, eager US customers will be able to pre-order the handset from Best Buy on March 18th, according to a new page on the company’s website.
The web site doesn’t reveal a price tag for the LG G5 or exactly when the smartphone will begin shipping out to customers, so we’ll have to wait for additional details closer to the time. Although the handset is expected to arrive in consumer hands in the first week or so of April.
Prospective customers living in the UK can already pre-order the G5 through Amazon, which lists an April 8th release date and costs £529. An identical release date has also been spotted in Canada and, according to Rogers and Fido, the handset will arrive there with a free CAM Plus camera accessory, with pre-orders set to appear before the end of March.
