Tucch wallet

Tucch Wallet case Galaxy S22 Ultra
  • Good-looking faux leather
  • Folio cover doubles as a kickstand
  • Four card slots and a cash pocket
  • Plenty of color options
  • RFID blocking

The Tucch wallet has a tried-and-true folio-style design. The PU leather case looks as good as most genuine leather cases and feels great in the hand. The folio cover can fold into a kickstand and goes beyond standard protection with an additional layer of RFID blocking. It has four card slots and a cash pocket. But like any wallet case, packing it too much makes it balloon a bit. There are plenty of color options available as well, but we’re fans of the standard black or light brown. However, it may depend on which ones are in stock, because these are the most popular S22 Ultra wallet cases out there.

Spigen Slim Armor CS

Spigen Slim Armor CS wallet case with three card holder
Spigen
  • Non-traditional wallet design
  • The rear card slot can hold up to three cards
  • Solid protection
  • Good fit

This Spigen case skips the traditional folio wallet for a more modern card holder-style case. It doesn’t lack room, though, with three cards and folded cash fitting under the back panel. It’s also protective, with Spigen staples like Air Cushion technology to keep the phone safe from bumps and drops. However, if your cards are embossed, we found it to be a tight squeeze if you’re planning to put three in there. The card slot door isn’t easy to open when it’s packed either, and the sliding mechanism isn’t as smooth as we’d like. Still, the overall design is sleek and exceptionally pocketable for a wallet case.

Torro wallet

Torro wallet case for S22 Ultra in black leather with red detail
Amazon
  • Stylish
  • Folio cover folds into a kickstand
  • Expensive
  • Three card slots and a cash pocket
  • Allows wireless charging

We jump into expensive, genuine leather territory with the Torro wallet. It’s an expensive case, but just holding the case makes it worth it. Three card slots and a cash pocket means that you won’t have to carry a wallet around. Like the option above, it’s a bit of a squeeze if you use three embossed cards, but it doesn’t affect the latch in any way.

Smartish Wallet Slayer

Smartish Slayer case
Amazon
  • Non-traditional design
  • Customizable designs available
  • Thick and bulky
  • Covered buttons

The Smartish Wallet Slayer isn’t a folio case and opts for a card slot on the back with room for three cards and some folded cash. There aren’t any fancy sliding doors or hidden sections, but that makes it a lot easier to get to your cards. Something to keep in mind is that it’s thicker than it looks in pictures. It’s plenty protective because of the added thickness, but not everyone will like its rather bulky design. Speaking of design, you have a few options to choose from, or go all out and pick a custom picture or background to go on the back of the case.

Blackbrook wallet

Blackbrook wallet for the Galaxy S22 Ultra
Amazon
  • 2-in-1 case
  • Four card slots and a cash pocket
  • Folio cover doubles as a kickstand
  • Expensive

The Blackbrook wallet is unique in that it works as a traditional folio-style wallet case, but the interior phone holding case can be snapped off and used as a separate leather case in its own right. The same natural leather from the folio cover carries over to the back of the TPU-framed interior case and looks great. As a wallet replacement, the four card slots and a cash pocket should be more than enough for most users, and the option to drop the added bulk when you don’t need it is a huge plus. We’re also a big fan of the rugged leather look, which really separates it from the pack.

VRS Design Damda Glide Pro

VRS Design Damda Pro Glide
Amazon
  • Excellent sliding door mechanism
  • Holds 4 cards and some cash
  • Big and protective
  • Design stands out

VRS Design takes a new approach with the Pro Glide if you prefer to skip the folding folio. The sliding door is semi-automatic and so it works a lot better than the door of the Slim Armor CS. It’s also a bigger holder, with room for up to four cards and some folded cash. The case also offers the protection of a rugged option but might be a little too thick for some people’s liking. You’re definitely trading function over form when compared to the Slim Armor CS.
