Deal: Samsung offers up to $310 off the Verizon Galaxy S9, S9 Plus, and Note 8
The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus, along with the Galaxy Note 8, are three of the best Android smartphones you can buy today, and Samsung has just launched deals for all of them.
As Droid Life noted, you can now get $280 off the Galaxy S9, $290 off the Galaxy S9 Plus, and $310 off the Galaxy Note 8 when you buy them on Verizon. If you take advantage of the deals, note Samsung advertises the discounts as $200 off the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus and $300 off the Galaxy Note 8 because already the manufacturer already sells them at lower prices than Verizon.
The discounts bring the Galaxy S9 down to $520, which amounts to $21.67 per month for 24 months. The Galaxy S9 Plus goes to $640, which works out to $26.67 per month for 24 months. Finally, the Galaxy Note 8 sells for $660, which turns into $27.50 per month for 24 months.
Keep in mind that you must buy these phones with a Verizon device payment plan if you want the discounts. The good news is that these are instant savings that you immediately see at checkout instead of bill credits that you see as reduced monthly payments.
To bring the prices down even further, Samsung offers $300 for a Galaxy S8 and $150 for a Galaxy S7 if you trade in either smartphone. These trade-in deals do not apply over 24 months and are available as soon as Samsung checks out your device and gives the all-clear.
The promotion is available for a limited time, though Samsung hasn’t said when it will end. You can check the deal out at the link below.
