Dragon Quest 3 makes its way to the Play Store
Fans of the Dragon Quest series, listen up! Square Enix has just released Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation to the Play Store, only a short month after Dragon Quest II. The game joins the likes of the original Dragon Quest, Dragon Quest II, IV, and VIII.
For those who aren’t familiar with the game, you play as the child of Ortega, the King puts you up to an impossible task… to kill Archfiend Baramos, master of darkness. You’ll travel across numerous continents and dungeons, all while leveling up characters and learning new spells. You have the ability to change other characters’ jobs as you see fit, allowing you to customize your gameplay experience the way you want to. Every character will advance differently, thanks to the unique personality system. This is a truly unique RPG that offers over 30 hours of gameplay!
Other than being optimized to play on a touch screen, Dragon Quest III allows you to unlock powerful new items through mini games that weren’t available in the original release. Also, this iteration features an independent storyline from the first two games, allowing you to play without first working your way through Dragon Quest I and II.
If you’re interested in Dragon Quest III, you can pick it up from the Play Store for $9.99. Now, we understand this isn’t cheap, but trust us, it is definitely worth your while if your a fan of Square Enix, Dragon Quest or just RPGs in general.
