The Elder Scrolls: Legends is getting a Skyrim expansion
Bethesda has announced that The Elder Scrolls: Legends game is getting an expansion. Called the Heroes of Skyrim, it will be available on June 29 on all platforms. The new set of more than 150 cards includes new mechanics including Shouts, a couple of familiar characters, and, of course, a bunch of dragons. The company has released a short trailer, which you can check out below.
Heroes of Skyrim includes characters that we have already seen in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Among these are allies like Aela the Huntress, J’Zargo, and Delphine as well as Dragons of legend including Alduin and Paarthurnax.
There are a couple of new keywords in Heroes of Skyrim, with the most interesting one being Shouts. Just like in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, it has three different levels that increase power. However, instead of leveling up a Shout by finding words of power, the Shouts in Legends level up the more you use them.
Bethesda hasn’t revealed all the details regarding Heroes of Skyrim yet. The company said that it plans on announcing more about it in the coming weeks leading up to launch. When that happens, we’ll be sure to let you guys know all the details.
