The wearable promises up to 70 days of battery life on a full charge. You can extend it up to 80 days with the watch’s solar charging capabilities, assuming you’re out in the sun for at least three hours daily.
This isn’t the first Garmin smartwatch to come with solar charging. We’ve previously seen the feature on wearables like the
Garmin Instinct Solar and Fenix 6 Pro Solar.
Since it caters to cyclists, the Garmin Enduro offers real-time information on current and upcoming climbs, including gradient, distance, and elevation gain. It also provides grit and flow metrics that rate trail difficulty for mountain bikers.
For professional runners, the smartwatch has a dedicated Ultrarun mode that features a rest timer to log time spent at aid stations.
Since it’s crucial for endurance athletes to recover between training sessions, the Garmin Enduro has a built-in recovery advisor. It recommends the length of rest needed before the next workout based on sleep and other wellness data.
Speaking of general wellness, the smartwatch includes a heart rate sensor, a pulse oximeter to measure blood oxygen levels, sleep tracking, and Garmin’s exclusive Body Battery feature that gauges energy levels. You also get built-in GPS.
