How to cancel Amazon Music Unlimited
If you don’t want to use Amazon’s Music Unlimited service anymore, canceling it is a pretty straightforward process. It only takes a minute or two and there are multiple ways of doing it, depending on where you signed up for it.
However, you can’t end your subscription through the Amazon Music app itself, which is a bit strange. So to get the job done, you’ll have to use a web browser or go through the Apple App Store if you purchased a subscription that way.
QUICK ANSWER
To cancel your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription, open a desktop or mobile browser and head to Amazon Music Settings > Amazon Music Unlimited > Cancel subscription > Confirm.
If you signed up through the App Store on an iPhone, open up the Settings page, tap on your name, and then head to Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription (next to Amazon Music) > Confirm.
To cancel using the App Store on a Mac, open the App Store, click your name and then head to Account Settings > Subscriptions > Manage > Edit (next to Amazon Music) > Cancel Subscription.
