Jabra, the company that brought listeners the popular Elite 65t true wireless earbuds, is updating its Elite headphone line with the Jabra Elite 85h. This pair of noise-cancelling headphones with adaptive audio is IP52 dust- and water-resistant, further backed by a two-year warranty. Its proprietary SmartSound technology adapts to a listener’s environment, providing optimal media playback.

The 40mm dynamic drivers of the Jabra Elite 85h can play music for 32 consecutive hours with noise cancelling activated. When the inevitable phone call comes in, the six-microphone array facilitates clear voice transmission and makes for better quality phone calls. What’s more, users can use the mics to access virtual assistants like Google Assistant, Siri, or Alexa.

Jabra’s SmartSound technology sets itself apart from competing noise-cancelling earbuds and headphones by detecting ~6,000 unique sounds and adjusting the audio accordingly. According to the company, it alternates between three general modes: commute, in public, and in private. As with other wireless Jabra products, listeners may use the Jabra Sound+ app.

The Jabra Elite 85h noise cancelling headphones will be available in four colors: black, titanium black, gold beige, and navy. Consumers can pre-order the headset in March and purchase it in April for $299.
