The new Mophie Powerstation Go portable battery can jump-start your car
CES 2020 is officially underway, and now Mophie is bringing an announcement of its own to the event. The company is expanding its portable batteries to go beyond your backpacks, bags, and pockets and into your car with the Mophie Powerstation Go.
The Powerstation Go is a portable battery that can charge nearly any device, including your phone, tablet, or laptop, it includes a Qi wireless charging pad, and it can also jump-start your car. This is all possible thanks to the massive 44,400mWh battery and included mini jumper cables.

The device’s wireless charging pad supports up to 5W, includes two USB-A ports, and features a 115V AC output port with up to 65W of power. To top it off, this jack of all trades portable battery also comes with a built-in LED flashlight just in case of emergencies. Unfortunately, the battery takes a whopping nine hours to charge fully, and it requires more than a 50 percent charge to jump-start your car. Also, keep in mind the jumper cables are proprietary, so you won’t be able to use any old pair of cables.
If this sounds like something you could use, the Mophie Powerstation Go is available for purchase right now at HSN.com for $110, about $50 off the retail cost. It will be available on mophie.com this Thursday.
