Midnight Blue Nexus 6 makes its way to Telus
Google’s Nexus 6 phablet isn’t easy to come by these days, and it never really has been. Since launch, carrier after carrier have been experiencing difficulties stocking the handset, all while Google is trying to launch the phone in other countries. Canada is next on the list, as Telus has just announced the handset will be available for $280 on-contract.
The $280 price tag gets you a 32GB Midnight Blue Nexus 6 with a 2-year agreement. If you’d like to buy the handset off-contract through Telus, it can be yours for $780. Unfortunately, the company isn’t selling the Cloud White or 64GB variants (at least at this time), so if you need some more storage, you’ll have to hold out on this one. On the plus side, Telus doesn’t charge activation fees, so Canadian customers can save a bit through the activation process.
As for the Nexus 6 shortage crisis that’s plaguing the U.S.? W have a feeling it won’t be much better for those up north. We’ll be sure to keep you updated if we receive anymore information regarding the Canadian carrier’s availability. If you are or know of a Telus customer holding out for the Nexus 6, you can pick one up by following the link below.
