Nokia 6.2 is now available in US, offering triple camera, pure Android for $250
HMD’s Nokia phones aren’t quite as impressive as Xiaomi and Realme‘s devices in theory, but they go a long way towards filling the budget phone gap in the US.
Now, the brand has quietly put the Nokia 6.2 on sale in the US (h/t: Android Police), coming in at $250 via Amazon. And you’re getting a solid device when looking at the spec sheet.
The Nokia 6.2 packs a somewhat old but still decent Snapdragon 636 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of expandable storage. HMD’s phone also follows the triple camera trend, delivering a 16MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and 5MP depth sensor. Switch to the front and you’ve got an 8MP selfie camera in a waterdrop notch.
Other key features include a 3.5mm port, a 3,500mAh battery, NFC, and a Google Assistant button.
One of the biggest reasons to get a Nokia-branded smartphone is the software support, and the Nokia 6.2 doesn’t disappoint here. The device packs a stock take on Android thanks to its Android One support. This means two years of major Android updates and three years of security updates for peace of mind.
