November 2020 Android security patch rolling out now to Google Pixel phones
The November 2020 Android security patch is here! If you own a recent Google Pixel smartphone, you can perform a software update check now in System Settings to grab it. You can also update manually or simply wait for the OTA notification.
According to the bulletin associated with the November 2020 Android security patch, there are a whole bunch of bug fixes in this update. There are also some feature improvements such as better auto-brightness response outdoors and touch response with certain screen protectors. However, there are no new features as this is not a quarterly feature drop.

It should be mentioned that the November 2020 Android security patch will not hit the Google Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL. Those devices will see one last update in December, which will start their end-of-support status.
