OnePlus 11 gets 100-day return period to let users see if they like it
- OnePlus is running a OnePlus 11 promo that will expand the return policy to 100 days.
- The 100-day period is aimed at giving users enough time to see if they like the handset.
- If returned before the 100 days are up, users will get a full refund.
If you’ve been on the fence about picking up the OnePlus 11, the manufacturer may have just given you a new reason to give it a try. OnePlus is now offering a 100-day return period for its flagship phone.
When you buy a phone, you usually have a couple of weeks to a month to send it back if you’re having issues or you just don’t like it. While this tends to be enough time to get a decent feel for the device, it’s difficult to get a good sense of how it will fit into your day-to-day life.
OnePlus says that it wants to make sure you have zero regrets when you purchase the OnePlus 11. To assist with that, the company announced it will expand the return policy of the OnePlus 11 to 100 days. That’s a little over three months to decide whether to keep it or return it.
As with most deals, there is a caveat to be aware of. OnePlus won’t just give you the phone, you will have to buy it directly from OnePlus.com for its $699 retail price. Then you’ll be required to register the handset for the promotion within 15 days after its arrival. If you decide to return it, you’ll have to come back to the site to initiate the return.
To get a full refund, OnePlus says the device has to meet these requirements:
- Sent back with its original packaging (including charging cable and block).
- In full working order and undamaged (minor scratches/reasonable wear and tear is acceptable).
- Has a battery that allows the device to run under its own power for a minimum of 15 minutes and any other accessory to allow the relevant device to power on.
- Unlocked, with all passwords removed and wiped of any personal data.
