OnePlus 6 released today in India online and via pop-up stores
The OnePlus 6 has gone on sale today in India. The device is available through the official OnePlus website and on Amazon as a Prime-exclusive before general availability opens tomorrow.
The OnePlus 6 price starts at 34,999 rupees (~$517) for the 6GB RAM/64GB ROM model and will set you back 39,999 rupees (~$590) for the 8GB RAM/128GB ROM variant. The Avengers edition OnePlus 6, with 8GB RAM/256GB ROM, will land in India on May 29 for 44,999 rupees (~$664).
The new flagship is available in two colors currently, Mirror Black and Midnight Black, with the Silk White version appearing on June 5.
There are a few offers you can take advantage of today on Amazon including 2,000 rupees cashback for those with SBI debit and credit cards, plus no cost EMI available for up to 3 months on all major credit cards. You can also get free, 12-month Accidental Damage Insurance from Kotak 811 too (terms and conditions found at the Amazon via the button at the bottom).
OnePlus is also launching pop-up stores in India today if you’re interested in buying or testing the phone in person. There will be eight stores opening at 15:30 local time, with a celebrity guest at each. The stores will close at 20:00 and re-open tomorrow from 11:00 – 17:00.
