Here's what the OnePlus 7T will actually look like
Even though OnePlus will officially launch the OnePlus 7T later this month, the company today announced what the upcoming phone will look like.
The images confirm several OnePlus 7T features, the first of which being the triple rear camera system. The camera system is sure to trigger your trypophobia, since the cameras are aligned horizontally and close together. OnePlus said it went through fifty design iterations, only to land on something that still looks a bit creepy.
The images also confirm the Nebula Blue colorway will make a return for the OnePlus 7T. The phone starts out as blue on the bottom and slowly turns to a darker blue as you get closer to the top. It’s a particularly good colorway in this case, since it helps hide the triple camera system a bit.

Not clearly evident in the images is OnePlus’ new finish for the rear panel. According to the company, the OnePlus 7T will feature a “new smooth matte surface,” but didn’t say much else. Previous OnePlus smartphones featured a matte-frosted back, so expect something similar for the OnePlus 7T.
OnePlus didn’t talk about the OnePlus 7T’s specs in today’s announcement. According to a recent spec dump, the OnePlus 7T will feature a 6.55-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, 8GB of RAM, at least 128GB of storage, a 3,800mAh battery, and OxygenOS based on Android 10.
