OPPO launches F1s Diwali Limited Edition

OPPO India has launched a new model of its F1s today, called the OPPO F1s Diwali Limited Edition. The handset doesn’t offer anything new in terms of specifications or price point, but it does feature slightly different look to the original F1s.

The OPPO F1s Diwali Limited Edition’s main change compared with the F1s, which launched in the country back in August, is a redesigned rear panel. It features a ‘gilded Diwali pattern’ on the back, accompanied by signatures from OPPO brand ambassadors Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor. On the software side, this model also comes with a Diwali Elements theme that makes a few tweaks to icons, amongst other changes, but the core experience remains the same.

For hardware specifications, the phone still features a 5.5-inch 720p display, octa-core MT6750 processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB of internal storage with a microSD slot. The phone’s major selling point is an impressive 16MP front facing camera and accompanying photo software, along with a 13MP rear camera, 3,075mAh battery, and a fingerprint scanner.

The OPPO The F1s Diwali Limited Edition retains its original Rs. 17,990 price tag and will be available to pre-order from OPPO Concept Store between October 8th and 13th. After at point, the phone will be open to purchase from Snapdeal on October 14th.
