The sequel to one of 2026's best camera phones could put S27 Ultra, Pixel 12 Pro to shame

The OPPO Find X9 Ultra is one of the best camera phones of 2026. In fact, colleague Rob Triggs said it was one of the best phones he’s ever used. One big reason for this praise was the cutting-edge camera system, which included a 50MP 10x camera. However, a new leak has revealed apparent OPPO Find X10 Ultra camera specs.

Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station has claimed that the OPPO Find X10 Ultra prototype has a 200MP 1/1.12-inch main camera with LOFIC tech, a 200MP 1/1.3-inch periscope camera (ostensibly 3x), and a 10x 50MP camera.

For what it’s worth, the Find X9 Ultra had a 200MP Sony LYT-901 main camera (1/1.12-inch). This shooter didn’t have LOFIC, though, which enables improved dynamic range in photos and videos. Digital Chat Station says the Find X10 Ultra could use an unannounced Samsung ISOCELL HPA or HPU main camera sensor.

Meanwhile, the leaker echoed previous claims that the new Ultra phone could use a 10x camera with a 50MP 1/1.95-inch sensor. That would be much larger than the Find X9 Ultra’s 1/2.75-inch 10x camera. In fact, this 10x sensor would match the Pixel 11 Pro XL‘s 50MP 5x camera and be larger than the Galaxy S26 Ultra‘s 5x shooter. However, the tipster says OPPO might retain a similarly small 10x camera if the larger sensor has any production delays.

Otherwise, the OPPO Find X10 Ultra is also tipped to have a 100MP square selfie camera with a 1:1 aspect ratio. This follows in Apple’s footsteps and would allow users to take landscape or portrait orientation snaps, regardless of their phone’s orientation.

The Find X9 Ultra launched in Q2 2026, so we’re expecting a similar launch window for its successor. Unfortunately, we’re bracing for a significant price increase in the wake of the RAM crisis.
