Unlocked Samsung Galaxy A50 and Watch Active 2 pre-order live (Update: on sale)

Original story: September 6, 2019 – The Galaxy A50 has been available in the U.S. for quite a while now, but you could only buy one locked to Verizon, Sprint, or U.S. Cellular. With the unlocked model, you’ll be able to bring it to any carrier you choose starting at just $350.

To pre-order the Samsung Galaxy A50 here in the U.S., you’ll need to do so through either Best Buy or Amazon. If you don’t want to purchase through either of those merchants, you can wait a few days when the unlocked variant will be available for pre-order from Samsung.com. Either way, the device will ship and begin general sales on September 20.

If you pre-order the device through Best Buy, you could be eligible to save up to $150 off the cost if you agree to activate it immediately on either Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint. If you pre-order through Amazon, you’ll get a free Samsung Galaxy Fit.
