Samsung has launched the Galaxy A8 Plus in India today. You’ll be able to get it starting January 20 exclusively on Amazon for Rs. 32,990, and it will be available in two colors: black or gold.
The Galaxy A8 Plus is one of the most interesting mid-rangers out there. It has a gorgeous metal and glass body and features thin bezels around the display, just like the Galaxy S8. The smartphone comes with a 6-inch Super AMOLED Full HD+ display, is powered by the Exynos 7885 chipset, and has 6 GB of RAM.
It sports a dual-camera setup on the front (16 MP + 8 MP), allowing you to add the popular bokeh effect to your selfies. The handset also has a 16 MP primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture, packs a 3,500 mAh battery, and offers 64 GB of storage.
The Galaxy A8 Plus has Bixby on board and is IP68 rated for protection against water and dust. The dual-SIM device also features a microSD card slot (up to 256 GB) and supports Samsung Pay.
