Galaxy S22 series: Here's how much you'll get for your old Samsung phone

Samsung has just launched the Galaxy S22 series, and the flagship phones are looking like pretty interesting propositions. The company has long offered trade-in programs, and the S22 series is no exception. So here’s how much of a discount you can expect if you trade in your old Samsung phone.

Opting for the Galaxy S22 Ultra? Then you’ll be getting a trade-in value of up to $900, with this value applying to the Galaxy Z Fold 3 foldable. Meanwhile, last year’s Galaxy S21 phones have values ranging from $450 to $700. In fact, the S22 Ultra generally gains the best trade-in values, although this isn’t always the case.

Want the cheapest Galaxy S22? You’ll be getting a trade-in value of up to $590 (for the S21 Ultra). The base Galaxy S21 will knock $390 off the price tag otherwise.
