The Galaxy S25 series can suggest ways to automate actions based on your needs
- Samsung is making it incredibly easy for users to set up routines on the Galaxy S25 series.
- The company has introduced a new Galaxy AI feature that suggests ways to automate actions.
- The suggestions are personalized based on usage patterns.
Along with various hardware upgrades, Samsung has packed its latest flagships with a bevy of new software features. We’ve already seen some of these features in action while digging through One UI 7 beta builds over the last few weeks, but Samsung has introduced a few additional changes exclusive to the Galaxy S25 series.
The Galaxy S25 lineup is the first from Samsung to ship with Gemini as the default virtual assistant, which integrates seamlessly with a few One UI stock apps. The devices also include a new AI-powered Settings menu, a handy search feature for the Gallery app that lets you use natural language to find photos, and a Now Brief feature that provides personalized daily summaries.
In addition, Samsung has brought some AI smarts to One UI’s Modes and Routines feature to help you easily automate actions you perform regularly. On Galaxy S25 series devices, the new feature utilizes Galaxy AI to analyze your usage and suggests ways to automate actions.
For instance, if you manually enable dark mode each night and disable it every morning, the device will suggest automating the process. This should help users become familiar with routines and save time and effort by automating various processes.
It’s not immediately clear if Samsung plans to bring this feature to older Galaxy devices or limit it to its latest flagships. We’ll update this post as soon as we have more details.
