Here's our first look at the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4
- A trusted leaker just showed off renders for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.
- The phone doesn’t look too different from the Galaxy Z Flip 3.
- Earlier today, we also saw leaks of the Galaxy Z Fold 4, which should have a more revamped design.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 launched in 2021 for a much lower price than expected: just $999. As the first sub-$1,000 foldable phone, it allowed more people to step into the world of foldable.

In 2022, it appears Samsung isn’t going to change much about the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. According to new leaks from trusted source Steve Hemmerstoffer (via 91Mobiles), the Galaxy Z Flip 4 could be nearly identical to its predecessor.
Check out the leaked renders below.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 renders
Upon first glance, it appears to be nigh impossible to discern the Galaxy Z Flip 4 from the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Hemmerstoffer does say that the phone’s overall dimensions will be slightly different, though. According to him, the phone could feature a 6.7-inch display and measure around 165.1 x 71.9 x 7.2mm. The Galaxy Z Flip 3, by comparison, has unfolded dimensions of 166 x 72.2 x 6.9mm, making the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 slightly shorter and slightly less wide but also slightly thicker.
Other than that, though, everything else appears to be the same. The dual-camera array and secondary display appear unchanged. The inner display looks to be configured the same way, too. It would appear the Galaxy Z Flip 4 could be a very iterative upgrade.
Of course, Samsung could have a bunch of surprises for the inside of the device. Spec leaks, however, haven’t happened yet. Stay tuned.
Meanwhile, we saw a design leak for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 earlier today, too. That phone looks like it could be a bit different from the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
