Speed Test G: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
The just-released Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is the latest foldable device in Samsung’s roster. Meanwhile, the recently launched Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is now the top-level non-foldable phone from the brand. But which one performs better? Let’s find out in this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Speed Test G challenge!
Both phones have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus under the hood, so the bout was assuredly going to be neck-and-neck. However, the Z Fold 2 has so much more screen real estate to deal with, so we expected the Note 20 Ultra to ultimately take the win.
This Speed Test G bout surprised us, though, because the Galaxy Z Fold 2 ends up taking home the gold. Although it only beat the Note 20 Ultra by a slim ~4-second margin, it still proved to be the more powerful device after all.
Keep in mind that the Galaxy Z Fold 2 costs a whopping $2,000, so those extra few seconds of performance might make you feel a bit better about its price tag when compared to the Note 20 Ultra. However, this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Speed Test G challenge shows that both devices are definitely packing some serious punch.
