Samsung’s One UI 4.0 beta rollout hasn’t been a smooth affair. The company pushed back its early September debut by a few days, which subsequently delayed the beta build’s availability in other regions. Now, those in India can finally get a taste of Android 12 on their Samsung flagship.
Samsung is now extending its One UI 4.0 beta program to users in India (h/t SamMobile). Owners of the Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, or S21 Ultra can now grab the latest beta build.
Notably, Indian users will not get the first beta build but skip forward to the second build, which started rolling out to markets just this week. This means the 2.36GB update, with firmware G996Bxxx3ZUJ1, brings plenty of new features, including Color Theme smarts based on Android 12’s Material You language, resizable picture-in-picture for video, and Edge panel tweaks.
