To capture the whole screen, press the Windows key + PrntScrn simultaneously to save a screenshot to your Pictures > Screenshots folder.

How to take a screenshot on a Dell laptop or PC
You have a few options at your disposal to take a screenshot on a Dell laptop computer or PC.
Screenshot your entire screen
If you want to capture everything you can currently see on your screen, press the Windows key + PrntScrn simultaneously. This will automatically save a screenshot to your Pictures > Screenshots folder.
Note that PrntScrn may also be spelled PrntSc, PrtSc, or something similar, depending on the model of your Dell laptop or PC and its keyboard.
