Sony is rolling out Android Oreo for Xperia XA1 family

The Xperia XA1, XA1 Plus, and XA1 Ultra are getting the Android Oreo update, which brings features like picture-in-picture videos and notification dots.
According to Xperia Blog, Sony has started rolling out Android Oreo to the Xperia XA1 family – the XA1, XA1 Plus, and XA1 Ultra. Weighing a little under 900 MB, the latest update not only brings the February Android security patch but also all the new features that Google announced with Oreo back in 2017. These include pinned shortcuts and widgets, notification dots, picture-in-picture support, Smart Text Selection, a new set of emoji, and more.
