TL;DR
  • T-Mobile is preparing to launch T-Mix plans that would introduce a pick-your-perk system.
  • A leak may have revealed every perk available for T-Mix.
  • The leak may have also revealed how many “picks” each perk will cost.

As if phone plans weren’t confusing enough, T-Mobile is getting ready to make everything just a little more complicated. It was recently reported that the carrier is preparing to launch a trio of plan tiers called T-Mix, which will include Standard, More, and Loaded. The “T-Mix” branding alludes to the introduction of a new pick-your-perk system, where you’ll spend “picks” to get the perks you want for your plan. While there is still plenty to learn about T-Mix, a leak may have filled in the gap on perk costs.

As a refresher, a previous leak revealed that members on the Standard plan will get one pick per line, capped at four picks. The More plan is a little more generous, offering two picks per line for the first three lines, but only one pick per line after that, up to 12 picks. Meanwhile, the Loaded plan gives you three picks per line for a max of 20 picks.

That leak also revealed some of the perks you’ll be able to pick from. However, it was unclear how much each perk would cost. Thanks to a leak on Reddit from u/desterpot, we may now know the answer to this question. The image below provides a table that breaks down how many picks you’ll spend on each perk.

Delta SkyMiles, DashPass by DoorDash, Google AI Plus 2TB, Sirius XM All Access, and YouTube Premium Lite all cost one pick. It will be two picks for Google AI Pro, Xbox Game Pass Premium, and YouTube Premium. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and ESPN Unlimited will cost three and four picks, respectively. If you’re a Founder T-Mix Member, then Apple TV, Hulu with Ads, and Netflix Premium will only cost one pick until midway through 2027.

You’ll also be able to use picks on device promotions, which could cost anywhere between one and three picks. It appears the cost will depend on the promotion. Unfortunately, this leak does not answer how long your spent pick will remain unavailable if it’s used toward a device promotion. It also doesn’t answer how often members will be able to swap their benefits. T-Mobile has yet to officially announce T-Mix.
