TCL's new true wireless earbuds cost more, but have all-around better specs
- The TCL Moveaudio S600 true wireless earbuds launch next month globally for €149.
- They feature Bluetooth 5, ANC, an IP54 rating, and over 30 hours of battery life.
CES might be weird this year, but that’s not stopping TCL from announcing a slew of new products, among which is a new pair of true wireless earbuds. The TCL Moveaudio S600 is aimed at people who need something that sounds good to drown out the din of city life.
The true wireless earbuds offer active noise cancelling for commuters and everyone else who just needs a little more separation between what they’re listening to and the rest of the world. When being more aware of your surroundings is important, the new ‘buds also sport a transparency mode, which lets outside audio filter in via the microphones. They’re IP54 rated for water, sweat, and dust resistance, so you won’t have to worry about them if it starts raining partway through your commute.
The TCL Moveaudio S600 line can apparently last up to eight hours on a single charge, with an additional 32 hours of charge stored in the case — enough for four full charging cycles. They use Bluetooth 5 and support Google Fast Pair for seamless integration with Android devices. The integrated touch controls make accessing noise cancelling and the Google Assistant as simple as managing playback. Smart wear detection will automatically pause what’s playing when you take the earbuds out, too, so you’ll never miss a moment of content.
The TCL Moveaudio S600 launches in global markets in February for €149 (~$182).
