To unblock a number on the iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts. You will see a list of all the numbers you have blocked while logged under that Apple ID. Tap the blue Edit link at the top-right of the screen and then tap the red circle next to the number you wish to unblock. When the number disappears from the screen, tap Done to save your changes.
