Wondering which Chromebook to buy? Google can help you pick

You have decided to make the jump to a Chromebook and now it’s time to find the right one. With so many options out there, we know it can be a bit hard to find the one suited for your specific needs. You can always refer to our ‘Best Chromebooks’ list for some guidance, but if you need a bit more help Google now has a nice little tool for you.

The official Chromebook page now has a section labeled as “Find Yours”. This site includes a full list of available Chrome OS devices, with a filtering system that will help you find what you need. You can reduce your options by brand, screen size, touchscreen capabilities and types of devices (laptops, desktops or convertibles).

Prices currently range anywhere from $149 to $999, so there is surely something for everyone here. Chrome OS still limits you in some ways (ok… plenty), but it’s a fast and simple operating system that will keep certain users content. Not to mention you can go ahead and install Linux if you really want more capabilities.
