Is Grok not working for you? Here's what's going on

- X users are reporting that Grok is currently down.
- There are over 1,000 reports, and the count is growing.
Users of the social media platform formerly known as Twitter are currently experiencing issues with Grok. Here’s what we know of the situation based on the growing number of reports.
X users are flocking to Downdetector to report that the platform’s AI chatbot is down. It appears that the reports started around 9:00 AM ET and have climbed up into the thousands since then. According to the comments, users are getting a message that reads “This model is unavailable. Please try a different model.” The company has yet to comment on the outage.
According to Downdetector’s heat map, it appears that New York and Atlanta are the most heavily impacted areas. However, the map also shows issues in Chicago, Seattle, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, and more.
