Xiaomi brings back MIUI Themes app to European devices
Do you live in Europe and own a Xiaomi device? Do you love customizing the bloody hell out of it? If so, you’ll be excited to hear that Xiaomi is finally bringing back the MIUI Themes app to European handsets.
The app was initially suspended from European Union Xiaomi smartphones in February 2018. But, in an unexpected announcement over on Xiaomi’s official MIUI forums, the company revealed MIUI Themes is finally on its way back to those devices.

In fact, it appears some devices should already have access to MIUI Themes again. The remaining Xiaomi handsets should receive the app through May, and it will be available on more devices in the future.
Unfortunately, some themes available in other regions won’t be available in Europe. We aren’t sure what themes this affects, but we figured it was worth mentioning.
Other than that, EU residents will still be able to submit their own themes through the My Community app, and they can compete in Xiaomi’s upcoming official Wallpapers contest. We don’t know the exact dates for the contest, so keep an eye out for more information if it interests you.
