Just as fitness trackers get interesting again, the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro goes global

As more users burn out on oversized smartwatches and daily charging habits, fitness trackers are back in the spotlight. Xiaomi’s Smart Band lineup has always been about packing surprisingly capable features into cheap wearables, and the Smart Band 10 Pro continues that trend. Following its debut in China last week, the budget-friendly tracker is now heading to global markets. Though still not officially available in the US, its timing aligns with a surging interest in band-style fitness trackers.

Xiaomi’s Pro model Smart Bands continually creep closer to smartwatch specs each generation. The Smart Band 10 Pro does so by boosting brightness up to 2,000 nits. It maintains the 1.74-inch AMOLED display size from the 9 Pro, but the tracker itself is impressively compact at 9.7mm thick and 21.6g without the strap, making it both thinner and lighter than last year’s model. Xiaomi even offers a new ceramic edition alongside the standard aluminum finishes, continuing the company’s push toward a slightly more premium feel.

Despite the sleeker build, the device still touts up to 21 days of light usage from its 350mAh battery, one of the clearest advantages fitness trackers still hold over most smartwatches. Other upgrades this year include an updated PPG sensor, HRV monitoring, and expanded sleep insights. Xiaomi is also partnering with cycle-tracking app Clue to offer shoppers a three-month Clue Plus membership bundled with the Smart Band 10 Pro.

For workouts, the device packs five-satellite GNSS positioning and supports more than 150 sport modes. The 10 Pro adds a new track running mode for clocking laps and a cycling mode that turns your smartphone into a live dashboard. It also introduces dual-device syncing, which allows the band to sync with both an Android phone and an iPhone simultaneously.

Starting at just €79.90 in Europe, the Smart Band 10 Pro offers smartwatch-level features at a budget tracker price. NFC and Ceramic editions start at €99.90. Unfortunately, the device is not officially available for purchase in the US, but previous models have proved relatively easy to find through online retailers like Amazon.
