You can now pre-register for Monument Valley 2 in the Play Store
Monument Valley 2 is a known entity at this point – the game was first made available for iOS’ App Store back in June. Even so, the game is still a treat for the eyes and the brain, a treat that is now available through the Play Store – sort of.
As a quick recap, Monument Valley 2 follows its predecessor’s footsteps in that the game tasks players with manipulating the landscape to make platforms that would otherwise be impossible make in the real world. You control Ro and her child as they make their way through the Sacred Geometry, with players witnessing how the child’s dependency on the mother slowly changes into self-sufficiency.
To be fair, Monument Valley 2 is not everyone’s cup of tea. At the core, it is a puzzle game with story elements, so keep that in mind before downloading the game. Even so, from the time I have spent with it, there is something to be said about watching the relationship between Ro and her child unfold while getting them through the beautiful landscape that the game offers.
As previously alluded to, you cannot download Monument Valley 2 from the Play Store just yet. You can, however, pre-register for the game at the link below, with compatibility slated for devices running Android 4.4 KitKat or later.
